Does owning a digital collectible mean I also own Intellectual Property rights?

The short answer is no, it doesn't.

When you buy a digital collectible, you are the owner of the collectible and you can decide to keep it or list it for sale. Owning a digital collectible does not equate to owning the copyright or granting you any rights to the Intellectual Property unless stated otherwise. The artist who originally created it holds Intellectual Property rights. It is the same as when you buy vinyl, you own it, but you don't have the rights to distribute, or reproduce the music.

The digital collectibles sold on LimeWire are meant for personal use only, and all commercial use is strictly restricted unless stated otherwise.
